1. Dance sponsors (club or organization) must fill out an activities application two weeks prior to the event. A tentative date will be given subject to the approval of administration. Activities applications are available in the Activities Office.

2. The Student Dress Code applies to dances.

3. Dances are open only to those students who attend C.S.H.S.. All C.S.H.S. students must have in their possession a Student Identification Card. Students in good standing may invite current and former high school students to selected dances only with written permission of the director of activities or designee. A guest pass must be submitted ten days prior to the dance for approval

4.  Student conduct will be in accordance with the established school policies. Once a student has entered the dance, he or she may not leave. If a student leaves the dance, he or she may not return.

5. Doors close at 9:30 p.m. for all dances held on the Canyon Springs campus. All on-campus dances end by 10:00 p.m.

6. “Dirty Dancing” (dancing that is explicitly sexually suggestive) is not allowed.    

7. Any violation of the above rules will result in removal from the dance.
